You might encounter the behaviour that outgoing emails are not shown from within the HTML Control Panel, starting from 1st November 2017. If that’s the case, please check on the smarthost currently used to send the emails via Hornetsecurity. If you are currently using the following smarthost:

Then please switch to the non-whitelabled smarthost you can find from our onboarding website:

 Once adjusted, try again if the issue persists.
